Through Arne Hansen and Simon Genetic, we have secured semen from the French top bull Nevers (FR5810217911).
Nevers is known for combining wide pelvis and meat in a perfectly harmonious balance. His offspring have lots of expression, which has produced several show winners in both France and Ireland.
His father is the top bull Hatenon, one of the most influential Charolais bulls in recent years. His mother Iamine is among the absolute best cows in the Deboux herd and she is widely recognized for her size, meat, croup and excellent milking organs.
We have run the following cows with Nevers:
- Bloksdal Opal (Cristal-DK x Bloksdal Hæmatit)
- Bloksdal Rosabelle (Glasgow x Bloksdal Mirabelle – ET)
The calves are expected to be the first in Denmark after Nevers and are expected in the spring.
